We have extensive knowledge of shipping chilled and ambient cargo by air freight, and deal with all the major airlines direct. This includes, but not limited to, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, Thai Airways and Singapore Cargo.

The process for chilled freight starts with deliveries direct from manufacturers, where the goods are checked, sorted and [if necessary] labelled in our temperature controlled warehouse. Goods are securely packaged in our uniquely designed insulated pallets which helps keep goods chilled for the short periods outside of a temperature controlled environment. Ambient goods follow a similar process, but do not require any insulated pallets.

We deliver several times each week direct to the airlines, with chilled cargo going staight to the airline's cold stores at Heathrow.

We have security cleared accreditation and thoroughly check all air cargo, this means along with our security cleared hauliers goods are sent without the need for expensive security scans.
